COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance takes your safety seriously, along with the safety of everyone who attends all our events.

In preparation for the 2021 Big Eddy Film Festival, we will be implementing guidelines based upon those established by the Centers for Disease Control, the NYS Department of Health, and Sullivan County Public Health Services. For attendees to  any 2021 Big Eddy Film Festival event, we are requiring the following in response to the current COVID-19 situation in our area:

      • Proof of a complete COVID-19 vaccination (two shots for the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, one-shot for the J&J vaccine) must be provided upon entry to any festival area. Acceptable proof can be either an official paper vaccination card or the digital NYS Excelsior app. Such proof must be provided by all attendees, unless they are under 12 years of age (for which there currently is no approved vaccine).

      • All participants in the festival – guests, volunteers, and staff – must wear a facial mask that covers their mouth and nose, whether indoors or outdoors. This includes children over 2 years of age. Masks can only be removed at the festival when food/drink is being consumed.

      • Social distancing should be maintained at all times from others outside your own party. Seating and other accommodations will be arranged to minimize close contact.

      • If you are feeling ill in any way, for any reason, please do NOT attend a festival event. Anyone who is obviously ill will be asked to leave festival grounds.
